1 cup of sweet potatoes, mashed

½ cup of nut butter, almond or cashew

2 tbsp of organic maple syrup

A handful of carob chips, optional

Butter, for greasing

Preparation: First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and in the meantime, grease a medium-sized loaf pan with butter. Turn on the stove to low heat, and in a skillet pan, melt the nut butter and maple syrup. Once they are homogeneous, transfer them in a clean bowl together with the sweet potato and cocoa powder.

Mix well and add the carob chips and mix once more. Transfer the mixture into the pan and put it into the oven. Bake for 20 minutes and then take it out of the oven and leave it to cool down entirely before slicing and serving. Store it in the fridge. Enjoy!
