½ cup of pure apple juice
2 tbsp of lemon juice
A tsp of ginger juice
½ tsp of sea salt
½ cup of lukewarm water, filtered
Preparation: Mix all of the ingredients in a jug. Consume a large glass in the morning, prior to breakfast. Drink two more glasses, one with lunch and one after it. In the evening, around 6 or 7 pm, drink two more glasses.
