You will need the following ingredients:

A beetroot

2 carrots

A green apple

A one-inch ginger piece

A tbsp of lemon juice (optional)

Preparation: Rinse the beet, carrots, and apple and then scrub the carrots and beet. Eliminate the core and seeds of the apple. Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces for easier fitting in the juicer. Process the ingredients slowly in the juicer.

At the end, add the lemon juice. Transfer the content in a tall glass. Drink it right away of store it in the fridge, no more than 24 hours. Remember to stir it before consumption. Enjoy!
