You will need the following ingredients:

A beetroot

2 carrots

A green apple

A one-inch ginger piece

A tbsp of lemon juice (optional)

Preparation: Rinse the beet, carrots, and apple and then scrub the carrots and beet. Eliminate the core and seeds of the apple. Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces for easier fitting in the juicer. Process the ingredients slowly in the juicer.
