First, warm up the milk and then remove it from the heat. Wait for it to cool down a bit and then add the honey and mix well. Next, add the yolk and baking soda and stir once more.

Use: Consume a glass of it prior to bed for 5 nights in a row.

DIY Cure to Expel Phlegm Fast

Needed:

2 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of lemon juice

A tbsp of honey

2 tbsp of water

Preparation: Mix the ingredients in a glass and drink half of it.

Use: Drink half of the mixture in the morning and the other half in the evening.
