You will need:
Peppermint leaves, fresh
Olive oil
A glass jar
Preparation: First, wash the peppermint leaves and chop them and place them into the jar. Cover them with the oil and then close the jar and leave it for 24 hours. After a day, strain the content and close the jar. Repeat the same procedure every 24 hours for 5 days. After the 5 days, remove the leaves and store the oil into another clean container and close it. Keep it in a cool and dark area.
