How to Make Your Own Ginger Compress

You will need:

120 grams of ginger root

A liter of water

A pan

A grater

A towel

2 gauzes

A cotton bag

Rubber gloves

Preparation: Pour the water in the pan and bring it to boil. When it begins to boil, turn off the stove, cover the pan, and leave it to steep for 5 minutes. In the meantime, grate the ginger into the cotton bag and close it with a string and leave it to soak in the warm water. After several minutes, put on the gloves and squeeze the bag into another bowl. This is your ginger water.

Application: Soak the gauzes in the ginger water and then squeeze out the surplus liquid and then put the gauze onto the affected area. Cover the gauze with the towel. Wait for 5 minutes and then repeat the process for a whole of 30 minutes.
