An Over-Toxified Body Could Be The Root Cause Of Fibromyalgia – Here’s How to Fix It!

If you constantly feel fatigued and in pain you should definitely consider testing yourself for toxic exposures that are possibly causing your state. Us humans are electrical beings, and that electricity can go out due to a whole bunch of reasons. A possible reason is high concentration of fluoride in medication that we use daily, toxic cosmetics that we apply to our body, and vaccines that contain mercury.

Some common bad habits and addictions, such as sugar consumption, drinking, and smoking can also influence our energy levels. Pesticides found in food can also influence our state, and those include aspartame, MSG, and others that increase inflammation and autoimmune disorder occurrence.

Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals.

Symptoms sometimes begin after a physical trauma, surgery, infection or significant psychological stress. In other cases, symptoms gradually accumulate over time with no single triggering event.

Women are more likely to develop fibromyalgia than are men. Many people who have fibromyalgia also have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression.

While there is no cure for fibromyalgia, a variety of medications can help control symptoms. Exercise, relaxation and stress-reduction measures also may help.

Symptoms

Symptoms of fibromyalgia include:

  • Widespread pain: The pain associated with fibromyalgia often is described as a constant dull ache that has lasted for at least three months. To be considered widespread, the pain must occur on both sides of your body and above and below your waist.
  • Fatigue:People with fibromyalgia often awaken tired, even though they report sleeping for long periods of time. Sleep is often disrupted by pain, and many patients with fibromyalgia have other sleep disorders, such as restless legs syndrome and sleep apnea.
  • Cognitive difficulties:A symptom commonly referred to as “fibro fog” impairs the ability to focus, pay attention and concentrate on mental tasks.

Fibromyalgia often co-exists with other painful conditions, such as:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Migraine and other types of headaches
  • Interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome
  • Temporomandibular joint disorders

The basic rules that need to be followed in order to get rid of, or avoid, fibro myalgia are.

  • Increase healthy habits such as exercise. Fibro myalgia is known to cause depression, so the best way to avoid this is to increase your serotonin levels by walking, doing yoga, or just enjoying a healthy meal.
  • Start consuming healthy homemade juices, made of organic apples for example.
  • Avoid fast food, and make sure you chew your food carefully.
  • Get your hands on a fluoride-free toothpaste and mouth wash.
  • Make sure you only apply tested and toxically tested skin care products
  • Consume more ginger, turmeric, and similar anti-inflammatory food.
  • Caffeine should be avoided at all cost
  • Food containing magnesium is your new best friend. Consume more kale and cashews in order to increase the intake of this mineral.
  • Consume more anti-oxidant food: bell peppers, mangoes, strawberries.
  • Avoid using cell phones or computers for prolonged periods of time
