With a combined age of 211 years, this couple from Austin, Texas was named the oldest living couple in the world, according to the Guinness World Record.
John Henderson is 106-years-old and his wife, Charlotte is 105.
Their love story has literally stood the test of time and they celebrated 80 years of marriage in December.

The couple met in class the Texas University in the 30s. Charlotte was studying to become a teacher whereas John was a football team guard.
They got married in 1939 during the Great Depression. Believe it or not, they only spent $7 on the hotel room for their honeymoon.
John is also the oldest living former UT football player. In the last 84 years, he’s attended at least one Longhorn game every year.
Despite being at a quite advanced age, the centenarians are very healthy and John even exercises daily.
10 years ago, they moved to the Longhorn Village-a community for seniors associated with the alumni group of the University of Texas.
According to John, the secret recipe for a long life and a happy marriage is to live in moderation and to be cordial to your spouse.
