The Benefits of the Ingredients in this Foot Scrub

Magnesium is the star of this scrub!

This mineral is pivotal for plenty of bodily functions. It can be used to boost skin hydration, enhance blood flow, lower stress, remove unpleasant odors, treat foot fungus, and decrease pain in the muscles and cramps.

Turmeric is also powerful; has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant characteristics. For centuries, it’s been used in Hindu culture as a natural way to heal the body and keep it healthy. Sometimes, it’s also used to alleviate conditions like foot fungus and athlete’s foot.

Moreover, the use of ginger in this foot scrub provides a lovely aroma but also contributes to pain and inflammation reduction.

This scrub also contains olive oil; this wonderful oil provides the moisturizing effects, softens the hard areas, and forms a barrier that boosts the moisture levels of the skin.

There are also essential oils included that will each add their magnificent healing benefits to this potent scrub.
