DIY Secret Cucumber Detox Soup Recipe

You will need:

1 cucumber, peeled and deseeded 

1 tbsp of minced onion

1 avocado, peeled

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

A cup of water

¼ tsp of sea salt

¼ tsp of chili powder

A dash of cayenne pepper


Put all of the ingredients in a Vitamix or a blender and blend for several minutes on high speed until you get a homogenous mixture.

Serve into dishes and garnish with a few cucumber cubes and a dash of smoked paprika.
