Grayer rear-ended the school bus with his Ryder box truck while the students were coming out of the bus.

However, by a miracle, according to Johnathon’s parents, their son jumped out of the truck and helped the kids who were trapped inside the bus, despite being injured himself.

His mom says that the witnesses said that at one point, their son ripped out an entire seat from the bus with a kid on it. In the whole chaos, he also tried to comfort and calm down the children.

To one kid, he said that they were going for ice cream later.  After the crash, this kid was asking around where the man who saved him was because they agreed to go for ice cream.
