You will need:

1 tsp of cinnamon powder 

1 tsp of organic honey 

½ cup of extra virgin olive oil 

Preparation:

Turn on the stove to low heat, pour the olive oil into a pan, and set it to warm up a bit. Remove it from the heat.

Transfer the olive oil to a bowl and add the cinnamon and honey.

How to use it:
