You will need:
250 ml of water
¼ tsp of Himalayan salt
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
A tsp of honey, raw (optional)
The method: Fill one glass with water and then add the salt, lemon juice, and honey. Drink it right away and then drink another glass of only plain water.
