2 parts of powdered valerian root

Make sure you measure the parts by volume, not by weight.
Preparation: In a non-reactive bowl, mix all of the powders well and with the help of the capsule machine, fill as many capsules as you find suitable. If you do not have this type of machine, you can simply scoop the powder into every capsule and pack it tight before recapping the ends. Keep the capsules in a mason jar and close the lid well and store it in a dark and cool place. The capsules can be used within 6 to 12 months.
