How to Do the Treatment?

Needed:

A pair of thin, cotton socks

A pair of thick, wool socks

A bucket

The Procedure: Before going to bed, dip the thin socks in ice cold water and squeeze out the surplus water and put them aside for later. Fill the bucket with warm water and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. Next, remove the feet from the water and towel-dry them. Put on the previously wetted socks and then the woolen ones. When you lie down, make sure the feet are well-covered for optimal results.

Repeat the procedure for several days or until you notice improvement.
