If You Often Wake Up at the Same Time each Night, It Is Not a Coincidence

It is not uncommon for people to be unable to get a good night’s sleep and they end up tossing and turning all night long. If this goes on for a longer period of time and if you wake up at a specific point of the night, according to some beliefs, it may be a result of your body trying to connect you to higher powers. Also known as spiritual awakening, you need to learn what your body is telling you and how you can learn more things about your spiritual side.
