DIY Foot Detox Bath
You will need:
A foot basin filled with warm water
A tsp of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Peppermint essential oil, ½ tsp
Olive oil, ½ tsp
A cup of mint tea
A tsp of Epsom salt
A pumice stone
Foot moisturizer
Preparation: Add all of the ingredients in the water and then place the feet in it. Make sure the water is not too hot so that you avoid burning your skin. Relax and soak the feet for 15 minutes or until the water cools down. Then, remove the feet and rinse them well with a pumice stone. Towel-dry them and apply a foot moisturiser.
Repeat the method once per week for optimal results and enjoyment.
