You will need:
4 green onions, sliced
50 grams of grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
7 cups of veggie stock
Hot chili, medium-sized, diced
Mushrooms, optional
Preparation: In a saucepan, add the onions, garlic,mushrooms, and ginger and sauté them on low heat for several minutes. Then, add the stock and boil the mixture. Leave the content to simmer until all of the ingredients soften. Next, put the chili and simmer for 5 more minutes.
