This loyal dog didn’t hesitate for a moment and jumped into the ambulance vehicle to be with her owner. He was being taken to the hospital after he fell ill while walking with his dog in Brazil.
The lovely doggo hopped onto the rear bumper and ‘insisted’ the paramedics take her with them. Before they drove off, the responders opened up the doors behind so the puppy could enter inside.
This heartwarming moment was caught on camera by Anderson Bahi who spotted the worried doggo waiting near the ambulance.
While walking their evening stroll, the owner fell ill. Anderson was passing in her car when she saw the ambulance stopping on the side of the road.
Loyal Dog Doesn’t Want to Leave Owner’s Side
While the paramedics were treating the owner inside of the ambulance, the small dog hopped onto the rear bumper in hopes to be taken with her owner. The paramedics took pity and then let her inside the vehicle.
Anderson said that the love of this dog for her owner is a special and faithful one. When the two came to the hospital, the dog was patiently waiting outside the main door for her owner.
Maria Lucia Muniz, a local animal rescuer who lives near the hospital, offered taking in the dog for the night while her owner was recovering. However, she didn’t have to do this as they were soon reunited.
Maria said that it was a very emotional moment. The owner was in the hospital for 45 minutes only and afterwards, their family arrived and they all went home.
