Jose Cuervo Express: Sightseeing Mexico while Sipping Tequila

This unique tequila train experience is run by Jose Cuervo, a name that many associate with tequila.

In fact, in 1758, three quarters of a century prior to Mexico becoming an independent republic, the King Ferdinand VI of Spain gave land to Jose Antonio de Cuervo y Valdes in order to grow agave.

Fast forward thirty seven years, his son Jose Maria Guadalupe de Cuervo started selling the first Vino Mezcal de Tequila de Jose Cuervo commercially.

The rest is history.
