People with Down Syndrome are often faced with misconceptions that others accept as truths. The Global Down Syndrome Foundation explains that it’s not uncommon for people to think that individuals with Down can’t have kids.
Despite the many challenges, men with Down can have kids. One man like that is Jad Issa from Syria.
With his wife, they had a kid named Sader and they raised him well and now he’s a dentist who made the whole family proud, especially his mom and dad.
Sader Was Born without Down Syndrome & His Parents Adore Him
Jad met his wife after starting work at a local wheat mill.
They fell in love right away and got married shortly after. Their son wasn’t born with Down and Jad wanted to give him the best life they could.
They began saving for his college and showered him with love and attention. The local community supported them too. Sader, as someone who grew up with a dad with Down, has always been inspired to fulfill his dreams and make his parents proud.
He said that if it weren’t for his special father, he would’ve been less excited and passionate about life and what he does. Today a dentist, Sader makes Jad very proud and his dad tells people that his son is a dentist with a lot of pride.
Sader is also proud of his dad and thanks to him for instilling passion and dedication to life and achieving great things.
