You need:
½ cup of Epsom salt
A cup of natural clay
4 tbsps of almond oil
2 drops of lavender essential oil
2 cups of warm water
Prep:
Mix the salt and water. Dip the linen bandage into the mixture and leave it for two minutes. At that time, combine the clay, almond oil, lavender oil, and a bit of warm water.
Apply the paste onto the problematic areas. Wrap the area with the soaked bandage. Leave it for an hour and then remove it.
- Body wrap for fat reduction
You need:
A cup of white clay
½ cup of apple cider vinegar
3 tbsps of neem powder
2 drops of grapefruit essential oil
Prep:
Mix the white clay, vinegar, neem powder, and grapefruit oil. Apply a thin layer of the mixture onto the problematic areas.
Wrap the area with plastic wrap. Remove the wrap after an hour.

10 grapes
