You will need:

A mason jar, of one quart

Natural salt like Himalayan pink salt

Filtered water

Preparation: Fill one third of the jar with the salt and then add the filtered water. Make sure you leave two inches free at the top. Cover the jar with a plastic top (do not use a metal one). Shake the jar well and leave it like that for 24 hours. After 24 hours, check the jar and if all salt crystals have dissolved, add a bit more salt. When it no longer dissolves, it means that the sole is ready for use.

Use: Mix ½ tsp with 8 oz. glass of water and drink it on a daily basis in the morning.
