Nowadays, there are a lot of people who rely on natural medicine to alleviate a long list of health problems and boost their health rather than conventional medicine. Even though we must never put conventional medicine second, it is important to learn that nature has a lot of answers for our health and well-being. In fact, there is a long list of herbal remedies and mixtures that are considered one of the most potent cures ever!
One such remedy is Breuss’s tea therapy. Rudolf Breuss, an Austrian, claimed that cancer cells and growths die if patients consume vegetable juices and tea for a period of 42 days. He also wrote a book titled The Breuss Cancer Cure: Advice for the Prevention and Natural Treatment of Cancer, Leukemia, and Other Seemingly Incurable Disease. This book has been translated into seven different languages and sold in more than a million copies.
However, conventional doctors do not support alternative therapies which are not scientifically backed-up and often point out that restricted diets may lead to malnutrition. As a part of his cancer therapy, he emphasizes the importance of sage tea. Let us learn more about this drink…
Sage Tea’s Healing Power
This tea is made from common sage leaves, a plant which belongs to the mint family. Though it is a common culinary herb, its leaves also have strong antioxidant elements like ellagic acid and rosmarinic acid.
The tea is believed to help weight loss and better the health of the hair. Many people consume it to alleviate excessive sweating, insomnia, sore throat, cognitive decline, heartburn, and coughing.
