DIY Elixir to Fight Off Cough

You will need:

400 grams of onions, chopped

A liter of water

Organic honey, 5 tbsp

Turmeric powder, 2 tbsp

A tbsp of ginger, grated

A jar

Preparation: In a pot, add the water, onions, ginger, and turmeric. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and leave it to cook. Once half of the mixture evaporates, turn off the heat and leave the mixture to cool down.

Add the honey and mix everything together. Once it has cooled down, transfer the content into a clan jar and close it. Keep it in the fridge.

Use: Take 2 tbsp of the remedy, once in the morning and once in the evening, 30 minutes prior to a meal.
