Crispy & Yummy Baked Garlic French Fries

Homemade Delicious Crispy Garlic French Fries (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

For 4 serves, you’ll need:

Cooking spray

680 grams of medium russet potatoes, cleaned and dried

2 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of garlic olive oil

Sea salt

Black pepper

Prep:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and line two baking trays with parchment paper and spray with the cooking spray.

Cut the potatoes into strips and mix both oils in a bottle and spread the potatoes onto the baking trays and drizzle them with the oil mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes and rotate the trays midway to evenly brown.

Remove them from the oven and flip all of them with a spatula or tongs.

Drizzle them with more oil mixture and add more seasoning and bake for 10 more minutes.

Then, take them out of the oven and sprinkle a bit more salt and pepper and add the rest of the oil.
