You need:
An apple
Juice from one lemon
A tbsp of chamomile flowers
Prep:
Peel off the apple and cut it into smaller pieces. Put two cups of water in a pot to boil and add the apples, chamomile, and lemon juice.
Boil the content for 10 minutes and then remove it from heat. Strain it into a cup and consume it.
Apple Candy
You need:
4 cups of water
4 apples
9 to 10 prunes
2 lemons
An orange
Brown sugar
Prep:
Peel the apples and cut them. Put the ingredients to boil in water for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and sweeten according to your personal taste. Consume a portion daily to alleviate constipation and bloating.
Apple Cider Vinegar
The natural acids in this vinegar relieve heartburn and upset belly.
You need:
3 ½ pounds of apples
1 ¼ gallon of mineral water
2 pounds of brown sugar
Prep:
Wash the apples well. Peel them off and combine them with the sugar and mix to get a fine puree.
In a glass container, add the water and the puree. Cover the container but leave holes for air (make sure they’re not big enough so that insects can’t go inside).
During the first ten days, mix the mixture daily using a wooden spoon.
In the next ten days, mix the content every other day.
Leave it to rest for additional ten days before you strain it off into a bottle. Open the bottle once per day to prevent fermentation.
When the vinegar is ready, dilute a spoon of it in a glass of warm water and consume it.
