This is not the regular banana bread you are used to- this one is comprised of healthy ingredients only, including coconut flour, dates, and brown rice. DIY Banana & Coconut Bread Recipe
125 ml of coconut oil, melted
A tbsp of vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, ripe and mashed
8 dates, pitted and chopped
A tbsp of baking soda
A cup of coconut, shredded
A cup of rice flour, brown
A loaf tin
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and put baking paper in a medium-sized loaf tin. In the meantime, mix the coconut oil, vanilla, bananas, eggs, baking soda, and dates. Then, add the rice and coconut flour.
Combine everything together to get a homogeneous combo. Transfer it into the loaf tin and put it into the heated oven. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Use a skewer to check for readiness. Once it is baked, remove it from the oven. Wait 10 minutes before slicing.
