DIY Ginger Beverage Remedy

You will need:

Several lemon slices

115 ml of mineral water

200 gramps of ginger, peeled and chopped

220 grams of sugar

450 ml of filtered water

A couple of lime juice drops

Ginger juice

Organic honey

Preparation: First, boil the water and then add the ginger. Cook for 5 minutes and then leave the content to cool down. Then, strain it and pour one cup of the boiled mixture over the sugar. Combine them until the sugar dissolves. Then, mix 1/3 of the liquid and ½ cup of mineral water and ½ cup of ginger juice. Add the lime and honey. Mix everything together.

Use: For optimal results, consume the drink on a daily basis.
