Energy-Boosting Green Smoothie Recipe
You’ll need the following ingredients:
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 cups of water
A cup of frozen mango
A cup of frozen pineapple
2 bananas, peeled
2 tbsp of chia seeds
You’ll also need a blender.
Put the water and spinach in the blender and blend until all the chunks are gone.
Then, stop with the blending and add the pineapple, mango, bananas, and chia seeds and blend for a minute or until you get a smooth mixture.
Transfer it in a tall glass and enjoy it right away!
