Cauliflower & Turmeric Flatbread Recipe

*great as a sandwich base

*awesome when combined with hummus, mashed avocados, beets, and tomatoes

*great for almond butter spread in the morning as breakfast

You’ll need the following ingredients:

2 cups of cauliflower rice

4 eggs

A cup of almond meal

3 tsp of turmeric powder

½ tsp of Himalayan pink salt


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line one baking tray with parchment paper. Whisk the eggs and then add the remaining ingredients and combine everything together.

Then, transfer it onto the tray and layer it out well. It should be 1/2- centimetres thick. Bake for half an hour or until golden brown.

Wait for it to cool down entirely before taking it out.

Slice the flatbread into 8 pieces and serve it with hummus or some other spread.
