DIY Coconut Cookies

You will need:

1.5 cups of shredded coconut flakes, sugar-free

½ cup of almonds, chopped

½ cup of protein powder

¼ cup of raw honey

A tsp of vanilla

A tsp of cinnamon

2 tbsp of coconut oil

1/8 cup of water

Preparation: First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to get a homogeneous texture. If the mixture is crumbly, add a tbsp of coconut oil or a bit of water.

In case it is too liquid, add more protein powder. Then, line a baking tray with parchment paper and scoop the cookies with a regular spoon. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
