DIY Magnesium All-Natural Pills

You will need the following ingredients:

5 tbsp of magnesium citrate

3 tbsp of organic gelatine powder

250 ml of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

A tbsp of honey, stevia or maple syrup

A dash of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine the magnesium powder and lemon juice until it begins foaming. Then, transfer the blend in a pot. Add the gelatine and stir well. Bring the pot over medium heat. Warm it up so that the gelatine starts to dissolve. Now, add the salt and honey.

Do not exaggerate the whisking to prevent foaming. Cook the content until you have ¾ cups of the liquid. If there is a lack of liquid, feel free to add more juice.

When the mixture is ready, remove it from heat. Pour the content into molds or in a baking tray. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour. Then, transfer the gummies in a proper container, for example, in a jar.
