Signs Your Body Is Too Acidic & Here’s What To Do To Correct It

Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about acidosis and acidic body, but do we know what this actually means? Namely, our stomach releases acid that is pivotal for the digestive processes and it is known to dissolve the food easily. However, when the gastric glands produce excessive amounts of it, the body is known to be in a state called acidosis.

What Are the Main Reasons for Acidic Body?

It is characterized by swelling, inflammation, cold sores, migraines, eczema, viral infections, psoriasis, loss of memory, sleeplessness, fungal infections, sinusitis, and bacterial infections.

Stage no. 3

This is the most complicated stage of acidosis and it is known to be the most severe one. It is manifested through the occurrence of cancer, schizophrenia, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.

How to Make the Body more Alkaline?

In order to treat the acidosis and avert health problems, it is crucial to bring back its normal pH, i.e. a pH that is alkaline and not lower than the range of 7. One way to achieve this is to introduce one powerful ingredient to your daily diet, i.e. wheatgrass! This food is abundant in chlorophyll which is known for its strong capacity to balance the body’s pH. Also, it is pivotal to start consuming alkaline water because it is rich in pivotal minerals like magnesium and calcium and according to research, it can lower bone loss during premenopause.

It is good to consume one to two glasses of apple cider vinegar diluted with water on the daily and to elevate your consumption of alkaline foods like fruits and veggies. Increasing the saliva is also beneficial in neutralizing the stomach acid. You can achieve this by chewing a gum! In order to make the body more alkaline, it is necessary to reduce chronic stress. This can be achieved with methods like deep breathing, yoga, meditation, as well as long daily walks. Last but not least, physical activity and regular exercise (at least half an hour, 3 to 5 times per week) will fight off the acidity in the body and increase the oxygen and thus, make the body more alkaline!
