Avocado & Black Bean Salad Recipe
*suitable for vegans and vegetarians
You will need:
A can of black beans
2 avocados, chopped
¼ cup of red onions, chopped
A cup of grape tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
A clove of garlic
4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
½ cup of corn
Lime juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In one bowl, combined the drained and rinsed black beans and vinegar and in a separate one, combine the avocado, onion, tomato,cilantro, and corn. In another smaller dish, mix some lime juice and olive oil.Now, take a big salad bowl and transfer the content from the other three bowls.Serve right away. Enjoy!
