DIY Lemon, Ginger & Garlic Cure

You will need:

4 lemons, unpeeled

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

One ginger root, 1.5-inch

2 liters of filtered water

Strainer

Glass bottles

Preparation:

Wash the lemons first and then the ginger. Chop the lemons in smaller pieces and peel the ginger and chop it. Then, put them together with the minced garlic into a blender and blend for a minute or two. Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, turn of the blender and transfer it into a pan. Bring it to heat and add the water. Mix constantly until it begins to boil.

 Once it boils, remove it from the heat and leave the mixture to cool down. When it cools down, strain it into glass bottles. Keep them in the fridge. Remember to shake the bottle prior to each use.

Use: Drink one glass in the morning, before breakfast. Then, have another one in the evening, at least two hours before going to sleep.
